IRIS National Fair

The Virtual IRIS National Fair 2020-21 funded by the Department of Science and Technology is to be held on 23rd & 24th January 2021. The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for school students

  • to gain an immersive experience and
  • witness innovative projects created by their peer students.

The IRIS National Fair is open for School Students from classes 5 and above, School Principals, and School Teachers of all schools pan India. Interested candidates can register for the event from the below link. Registrations are closing on 15th January 2021.

Attendees will access live sessions on diverse topics by individuals from national and international organizations. They can visit the showcase zone featuring 100 outstanding innovative, research-based STEM projects from 19 states and 49 cities, covering 21 subject categories.

Students can also explore scholarship options within India and overseas; explore fun games and win prizes and participation certificates.

Schools are requested to circulate this information with students and teachers and to encourage them to participate.

Note: Schools with the largest number of online participation certificates will receive a special Certificate of Honourable Mention, with the count of students and teachers that participated in the Virtual IRIS Fair 2020-21.

Any School that will have over 250 participants will be eligible for a free 45minute virtual IRIS workshop to be scheduled between Feb – May 2021.
