CBSE Compartment Exam: The online submission for students placed in COMPARTMENT for CBSE Class 12 and Class 10 have started from 12th June 2018. According to the official release published by CBSE, the examination is scheduled to be held in the month of July 2018. Candidates whose name is submitted through the online process shall only be allowed to appear for Compartment examination.

All CBSE affiliated schools are required to register themselves before proceeding for online submission. The schools must use their ‘Affiliation Number’ as User ID and the password already available with them.

Students who appeared for March 2018 Examination as regular candidates from schools affiliated to CBSE and are placed as Compartment are required to approach the school from which they have appeared in Class 12 and Class 10.

CBSE Compartment Exam Eligibility Criteria for Class 12 Regular Student:

  1. Regular candidates who appeared in March 2018 through schools affiliated to the Board and declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply only in one subject in which placed in Compartment. 
  2. Candidate with 6 Subject and placed in compartment in subjects shall appear in any one of two subjects. Or
  3. Candidates who have appeared in 6 subjects in March 2018 and declared PASS but could not clear one subject.

CBSE Compartment Exam Eligibility Eligibility Criteria for Class 10 Regular Student:

  1. Regular candidates who appeared in March 2018 through schools affiliated to the Board and declared as COMPARTMENT are eligible to apply only in one or two subjects in which placed in Compartment

Important for the candidates

  1. Visually impaired candidates are exempted from examination fee of Class X/XII.
  2. Students should apply online only.
  3. Schools to download admit cards from 2nd week of July.
  4. Processing charges to be received through Credit/Debit Cards/ Net banking (International card in case the candidate applying from outside India)
