EdTech Youth Challenge India 2020 is a competition organized by CBSE along with IBM to give school students a platform to work with experts from IBM and its partners. The aim of the challenge to tackle pressing sustainability, climate, and disaster issues using emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence. It will also help the students to tackle challenges and help humanity better look after our world.
The output or results from the challenge will be scaled to make an impact in one’s community and across India. The top 5 teams will receive a two-week internship as the prize for winning EdTech Youth Challenge.
Participation can be either as teams of schoolteachers and their students competing, or an individual applying their expertise to help teams. There is a total of seven (7) levels in the challenge, details of which are given in the circular published by CBSE and on the IBM website.
The online registration for the EdTech Youth Challenge India 2020 is open for registration from 22nd September 2020 onwards. The last date for online registration is 05th October 2020.
